Hm this is a nice piece the face is cute i like the big eyes and the eyelasshes are giving it a nice touch
But i can definitely tell that you rushed in drawing this on the shoulders part due to the fact that youve used thicker lineart with darker color unlike the other parts of the drawing. Especialy the left shoulder which is too round and a bit small
I think your color technique in this one surpase your other stuff in your gallery ,i can see that you are new to coloring digital art but if theres one thing that ive noticed in your coloring is that you sometime over use the blur tool making the drawiing quiet dirty , but this one is way cleaner also i like the diamond effects on her hair or use too much bright colors
Also the fact that the shoulder are showing from behind the hair is a bit distracting
Again thats a nice piece but i think being consistent with the lineart size would make it better
And before forget using a very dark shade or purple to color the back of the hair (( the one showing next to her neck would make it better but thats just my opinion))
