Darcy and Blair met when Blair was applying for a job. Darcy was taking her sister, Katarina, to apply for a job since she's on an extended visit with Darce. Darcy doesn't have that much money, so Katarina decided she needed to get a part time job to help pay for food and such. Darcy bought a cup of tea and noticed Blair about to leave the store. So she obviously had to make conversation with a girl that resembles her so closely.
