Shuffling the mug at Charlotte Tavern.

Fifty years ago last month, I soloed an Army TH-55 helicopter at Fort Wolters, Texas. In honor of the occasion I decided to take my flight school mug along to the various watering holes I frequent for a photo series. For this one I was a Charlotte Tavern listening to Spielorjh and the "Tuesday Tunes" Irish music group he plays with.

This is a retake, an oops of a different sort. I had very carefully taken this photograph two weeks before, only to realize that the fresh roll of film I was planning to load was still sitting on my desk. Oh, well.
