The people with no facesI know that I sound crazy.
People would call me tired, some call me lazy.
But I know it's not true.
The people came again, some I never knew.
The whispers inhabited my mind,
Some were evil; some were kind.
They stood and looked with no faces,
They lived in far off places.
A world no one knew of,
with words as silent as the coo of a dove.
The pain grew immense,
Sometimes way too intense.
They tried to dull the pain
But it was back again.
I heard the laughter as it grew,
with words so silent they never knew.
They would torture me in my mind
Some were mean, some were kind.
They lived in far off places
The people, with no faces.
They glanced at me, but I couldn't tell
I would hear them try to yell
Collapsing bodies on the ground,
Even I, couldn't make a sound.
They lived in far off places,
The people, that had no faces.
Worlds no one cared of
... I see the dove! I see the dove!
The smoldering streets, the cold winters.
Words so sharp, they hurt like splinters.
People didn't know of these places,
or about the people with no faces.

Great use of symbols! Doves are clear symbols of freedom, especially white doves.
You're good at describing your situation, but I guess, it should be easy to express. we're all experts of our own life. Nobody can really know you better than yourself, it doesn't matter how ever much they try. I think you make that quite clear in this poem.

As if it made it all worse, when peaopkle tried to understand you situation and get you ''out of it''. I've read several texts like that. many from shrinks I know. in crazy peoples houses and such, the pasiants usually gets gradually worse mentally, before improving.

Fortunately I AM able to describe my situation. Most Catatonic Schizophrenics aren't able to use a computer... I can barely do so. My mom allows 1 hour of computer a day because most of the day I'm in Catatonia or dealing with hallucinations, so I have to 'get out' more.
Yeah, "they tried to dull the pain" does mean that my psychiatrist and other doctors are trying to help me, but are not very good at doing it. My psychiatrist hardly ever listens to me.

It seems like a restrained life for me, at the same time it's very inspirational.
You must have a lot of vision of the reality, that usual people don't have. And that's something you can use in art. would it be poems or paintings, either way is the same.

Well, my version of reality is definitely different. But, I like my reality. It's great
I actually draw out all my 'hallucinations' and I make sure I draw them the best I can. I wont post them on dA because they're personal too me, but I don't mind talking about them.
