...there is a certain resemblance. I like to think *less* of my characters are psychopathic killers than in Peter Pan, but 'dark fantasy about children' I've definitely got going, yeah.

I was always disturbed how, well... nuts Peter Pan was. Really, he cut off Hook's hand and fed it to a crocodile because what? He thought it'd be a good laugh?

Sure, but my stories *are* grim. Deliberately grim. Peter Pan was this little freakshow killer who was supposed to be the *good* side of childhood.

Oh I know, I've watched him for a while now. Unfortunately though, he took most of the wild children stories down before I could read them. The only one left I believe is For Their Sins, which ironically is the only one I've already read.
