I be aware that your question was a year ago.
If you read his description then you will realize that it was not him who extracted Lara. He has only uploaded the modified version from someone else's work. So he knows nothing about the troubles to extract models from the game.
All 8 Lara outfits from the game "Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris" (LCToO), was part of XPS 11.0 , 4 years ago.
