Are you using the Jaku theme?
If so, you need to shsh into the phone via a desktop program, I recommend iFunBox, and jump to the theme folder (Sistem Raw... - Library - Themes - Jaku) and put the app folder with the icons in the Bundles folder.
You need an app like AppInfo to show you the folder and the icon name.
I'm giving this from my head, if you have any problems I check the proper folder and icon name for you.
