There's actually a story to this considering it's Halloween (Happy Halloween BTW), and I told Pedro the story when I commissioned him. I think you'll like the story.
An unseen spirit with a love for big feet has made its way into Rouge's shoes to start tickling and growing her feet to the point where they burst from their shoes and continue growing in size. Rouge knows her shoes had burst, but she's tickled too silly to be upset... at least for the time being.
