Another OC here...well his name is Blue Blaze he is super strong...i mean he can beat Kill without having a problem and he from the lab were Z' was created...and His Powers are all with Blue Fire

Powers:
Pyrokinesis - Due to his Powers, Blue Blaze can control fire. He can create a bright blue fire from thin air, create fire balls, deliver punches of fire, create pillars of fire and put his own body on fire. His fire also has the sacred ability to put enemies in a stasis-like state. He is not immune to other types of fire. He cannot control other fires that he didn't create.and he can create Blue Fire Swords that hurt AND DON'T TRY TO STAY STILL IT WILL STILL HURT YOU.But due to his Streght and Powers he proves that he can beat things by himself
Translocation - Blue Blaze can translocate himself.
Fire Attacks - Blue Blaze can add damage to his normal attacks with his Blue fire
