Very nice portrait. The subject exposure is very good. Your use of lighting is very nice for the facial exposure. You've managed an excellent balance of whites and blacks. Hair could be burned in a little on right border or left alone. It probably doesn't matter either way though as the subject's face keeps drawing the eye to the center of the image. I also like the use of depth of field. Subject's eyes are the story here. Everything else is secondary. Well done.
