I set the fullview size to the full image size so that it's easy for people to set as their wallpaper, if they want to.

Most browsers will shrink the image anyway, and I believe that in the next super-secret version 7 of deviantArt, 'full view' will automatically shrink the image to fit the browser window in all browsers.
