I dislike the anti-evolution on some event pokemon. I feel like thoses poor pokemons was mutated to no get evolve. It's sad!
I doesn't help that the Pichu's line is most screwed for mascot and unaccessary cuteness, like Pichu's case.

LOL,everyone knows how Gizamimi evolves.
1.As a Pichu it has a spiked right ear difference.
2.As a Pikachu it has a heart-shaped end of it's tail Β difference.
3.As a Raichu a lightning sign is smaller size difference.
