To evolve Eqwill you need to have two of them reach level 25 and both need to be in your party. Together they evolve into one new Pokémon. This evolution depends on wich Eqwill evolve together:

Eqwill have only two moves:
Mating Dance --> A psychic-type status-move that enables the user to immobilize any gender.
Love Wave --> A water-type special-move that does 60 damage and has a 30% chance to immobilize the opponent.
