A quick and colorful fan art of Mononoke ^^ It was very fun and relaxing to paint this~ And it's nice not having to come up with character design once in a while. I didn't have to think too much and I didn't bother making it detailed. Just values and colors.-->Watch video here!<--

Yeah, totally ! I watched it for the first time when I was 13 with my class,
and it was in VO with subtitles. I was so impressed that I wanted
to learn Japanese after the screening and I did ! Well, my level is not really high,
but I can understand more or less ^^ And Mononoke Hime is the first
Japanese song I learned to sing by myself (even if it's not as great as the original

私も！日本語を勉強しようとしています。But I totally suck at it xD Self study is quite difficult and especially when you have lots of other things you want to do as well It's really fun to watch a movie and you can understand parts of what they're saying without having to read the subtitles!

I was watching a lot of anime before I began University, so I had
some basic knowledge already, but I was totally unable to write
or read. So, during my first year of Uni, I mostly focused on the writing ^^
But I'm not really good at it ! I know Hiraganas and Katakanas well, but Kanjis...
argh, kanjis... T.T

but I never took lessons or something like that, which I like to do, but I'm
not enough confident in my voice to try ^^' Do you sing too ?

It's challenging and it's hard to keep at it cuz it's a bit overwhelming with all the kanjis O_O||| I'm better at reading and understanding than writing my own sentences, but I usually stick to hiragana, katakana and easy kanjis (unless it's on the computer). It's really fun when you learn and discover this beautiful language tho! It's very rewarding when suddenly pieces come together and you feel like a genius xD

when I finally got something in ancient greek or latin,
even if it was the easiest thing xD
