Yes and no.
That 'face' in her hand is actually her own face.
I painted it normally at start. Made an extra copy of the completed face. And moved the 'extra copy' to her hand. Eyes erased.
And than painted the alien face directly on the original face.
It's just the same face underneath the alien makeup.
