Description watercolours+ink+ballpoint pen+ watercolour pencils + salt+ my hand as a model + music- as always

I had a small problem with the title at the beginning, but after I added the words I dedcided to entitle it "Tangible Pain". It's because the hand symbolizes here a sense of touch and the writing is one of my favorite fragment from Bjork's song "Play Dead" in which she sings about pain:

It's sometimes just like sleeping
curling up inside my private tortures
I nestle into pain
hug suffering
caress every ache

I play dead : it stops the hurting

Ah I love this one. The impossibility of the arm angle makes it have a surreal, almost abstract-like look. Coloring is beautiful as always. What watercolor techniques did you use for this?

Well in some parts I used wet-on-wet in some I just painted with dry brush. When the basic colours were done, I added ink linear work and spots of ineensive colour and so on...

That's cool, thanks for sharing! Do you use cold-pressed paper to keep it from buckling? I'm trying to find a way to get around having to stretch my paper myself, and all the pre-stretched/cold press stuff I've seen is pretty expensive.

...I love this little change in your works style....beautiful colors like always....original strokes....
...but...I hope your not going to be mad at me....I have a problem with their framing...this for example
here it feels like there is too much space in the bottom side and too little in the upper side....maybe is just just a meter of taste...
