Description
Zapata and Adelita, two heroes from the Mexican Revolution. They sit infront of their Hacienda, welcoming the new generations with the sunraise of a new future. This painting is done in mixed media. The cactus have nails which serve as the torns that frame and protect our subjects. The rest of the painting has an undercoat of modeling paste which gives it more texture.Related content

Really nice, the colours are delighting. I think the mountain could have done with being some more exciting colour, but the red & green and the bone tones are splendid.
