Hey! It's Allstar from the Snorks. This was a rather quick and random picture I did, thus the lack of background. I thought about drawing a cheap background or just pasting him on a picture of a real underwater landscape. I decided against doing either, since I drew it just for fun and felt forcing myself to do something to add to the picture might lose the fun part... that and I was being lazy.Allstar is my favorite character in the Snorks, which is amazing since I usually hate the heroic do-good characters in cartoons. Allstar is different, though. He's voiced by Michael Bell, and that makes him likable no matter what.

Holy crud, this takes me back... I haven't thought about the Snorks in years... One of the many classic cartoons I enjoyed in my youth. I've completely forgotten all the details at this point, though; amazing how time will do that to you.

I would know All-Star, because he is also my favorite. And, just like you, I don't normally like main characters, but I loved his voice
