Description it can take my world
away from me,
distort it and give it back ,
twisted.

it can single me out from among
my friends, and make me more
alone
than ever before.

what it can't do, though, i think
drives me more
mad
than any of that.

it'll take my world, but,
it'll leave
you
to be
sole recipient.

it'll separate me from everyone i
truly
ever cared for, but..
it will let you, who despise me,
remain!

Oh, love, must thou torment me daily?
Oh, hate, how can i appease thee?
Oh, my heart, why won't thou enter in
and maketh me awash with thy love?

Canst thou help me
understand thy ways
with least amount of
pain
to bear on my shoulders?

Wouldst thou truly abstain to
lend a hand
to a creature such as me,
pitiful
though i may be?

i am ashamed
to call myself
your lover.
i count among my blessings
the conversations we
share.

. . . . .

This poorly written poem,
just a shameful sonnet,
is utterly incapable of
expressing my
amaranthine
love
for you.
