*takes deep breath*
I took paint tool sai, uploaded the pic, turned it black and white using some feature i cant remember the name of, i opened up another window of sai with the unedited version of the pic, changed the hue of it red, erased a little of it (the bottom) copied the layer, pasted it onto the OTHER (black and white version) of the pic, changed the layer into a multiply layer, blurred it only VERY slightly, then went back to the black and white layer, added a layer up on it, took the airbrush feature and black paint and airbrushed over the dark section, then used the burn feature and burned sections of it, used the dodge feature on the water, went back to the *cant remember the name* tab and edited the brightness and saturation of it, went to the colored layer and edited the brightness and saturation and there you have it all in one breath from memory of doing this almost two weeks ago how i acomplished this drawing.

this might not be completly acurate, cause i did do it two weeks ago and told you how from memory....>>
