this is a free commission i did for my extremely cool buddy he was actually my 5554th pageviewer during my 5555 contest and he said deviant froze on him on that view. so i drew him up a quick free commission anyway. cuz he's just so darned super!

i believe this is one of his City of Heroes character called Mind N Matter. i think i saw a few different versions of this guy on his page, but this is the outfit he was wearin on the reference image he gave me. so yeah, check out his page for more of his art and his characters if ur a CoH addict.
