this a such a pretty kitty :3 i really love all the colors! the lushness of the green mixed with the majestic purples and the little sprouts of white clover in the back all mixed together with the purr-dyness of a kitty

very clean shot and good use of the depth of field.. for landscape try seting the cam to av... choose f10 as your apeture and get the book... set the camera to focus with the spot in the center only...I think it will let you do this ( I leave my cam this way).. now focus about 1 third of the way into your proposed scene... yes.... on that tree there....hehheh let me know

I have been shooting with the focus on the centre spot for most of the time, I tried the wide focus for a couple of landscapes but the 9 points just jumped about too much and it took ages to get focus where I wanted it

She's cool! I third or half way... usually at f10 that will leave foreground in focus too which is what you want.

That's a beautiful cat indeed.
I like the way the flowers are out of focus, and seem to become fuzzy purple dots that make the contrast with the Amazingly Sharp Cat
