I love your story and all, but one thing has been bugging me about Nyx, I doubt that she is simply a Reincarnation of Nightmare Moon separated from Luna, if she was just echoes of of the very essence of Nightmare Moon & traces of the Magic that Nightmare Moon wield, she would have been nothing without a piece of DNA to latch on to so that a Body could be formed to contain all within a living lifeform, and since Twilight's Blood was used for MN's resurrection, wouldn't that mean that Nyx was forced from Twilight's DNA? Which would thus basically make Nyx a Clone of Twilight Sparkle that has been modified to have the appearance, memories & power of Nightmare Moon, but somehow still retained Twilight's heart, thus explaining why even when she was completed she was still good at heart, and if it was Twilight's Blood flowing through Nyx's veins, then wouldn't that have meant that on a genetic level that Nyx truly was Twilight Sparkle's Biological Daughter anyways? It would explain why Nyx had some similarities to Twilight, such as a thrust for knowledge & a love of learning, but if Nyx was cloned from Twilight, shouldn't she have at least had a certain physical appearance kind of resemblance to Twilight, like if nothing else Nyx could've had the exact same Pink Streak in her Mane & Tail that Twilight had, it would have then made the characters think that Nyx being Twilight's cousin to be more believable what with a family resemblance and all, and if they somehow figured out that a sample of "Living Matter" from Twilight Sparkle was used in Nyx's creation, then they could have used Nyx's genetic link to Twilight to try and convince Nightmare Moon that she wasn't who she thought she was, that she was a clone of Twilight force to look like Nightmare Moon, and that it was as plain as the Pink Streak in her Hair, and having Twilight & Nyx coming to know that they are related by blood, despite the way it happened it could have still strengthen their bond as Mother & Daughter, but That's just what I've had on my mind for a while now.

Nightmare Moon is an alternate persona of Luna. Β She and Luna are technicallyΒ one-in-the-same. Β So if Nightmare Moon were to actually become a separate being, she'd be closer to Luna than you could normally expect from any living being, and she would also be related to Celestia due to having Luna's blood.

I dont thinks so, because in the preview, they showed Luna walking out and say "did you really think I would bathe in your PRECIOUS light??there can only be one princess in equestria,and that princess wil be MEE" and then she got trasformed into NM.
