meh.... i remember a little while ago that one of the things thats holding me back from my imagination with drawing is that i think too much so i tried to suppress my thought a little when drawing rouge here.... basically i was drawing really messy lines with a 4H pencil and i drew over the light lines with my HB mechanical pencil.... about 30 mins i wanna say...also i ddint really erase the lighter lines so you can prolly see those too

Sometimes I think I do my best work when I'm not really trying, so I think you're onto something with your method there. I certainly like the result! Very cute!
Only two things I can see to point out. Firstly, I think her left eyelash (our right) should extend beyond her face a little, like her right. Also, her left iris (our right) should be lower; right now, it looks like her eyes are moving independantly. I think I know what you did, drawing the same amount of iris from under the eyelids, but with the way said eyelids slant -- very fetching, that, I might add! -- that won't get you the result you want. Try to imagine you're drawing the iris on the eyeball and ignore the eyelid as much as possible next time.
