He sorta looks dead. Sebastian. So much that it quite scares me. Maybe its because Ciel looks so caring I immagine him yelling at Sebastian if he was just asleep something like " Quit messing around and follow my orders!"

yes we had a picture with a pose like that but you can´t see if Sebastian was dead or not.
So it´s to your imagination how you want to see it
Or maybe he´s hurt after a fight - in our original Ciel looks sad too, so this would be possible
