The lower levels of Discernopolis are packed with a writhing mass of billions; shady surgeons looking for people to pay them for cheap augs, plebs working round the clock in the myriad of habitation blocks and gangs of layabouts, thugs, narcos and ex-convicts preying on easy targets. Elites and security watch down upon them from miles above...A pic I drew mainly at work during my breaks. It has some relevance to the other small comic project I've been making, "Hellbound". I always enjoy making these cyberpunk pictures and all the insane little details like the signs. I might color this one later in maybe a single color scheme or something.
