So I have other things to work on but I felt like painting something big and neon so here ya go. This is my new rainbow nebula fish cat that needs a name, so throw ideas at me! I decided that the glow will adjust to the colors of the environment for natural camouflaging purposes (which will help reduce clash when I paint her in scenes like this one.) Credit for design goes to Hocrea character and art belong to me! I used a reference to get that sitting anatomy just right.
