(in order of most used)
fabric paint markers by Faber-Castell - they're easy to use but you have to work fast and precise as they bleed easily.
decocolor acrylic paint markers - i didn't use these markers on THIS particular sneaker, but figured you'd like to know what other stuff i use. You have to be careful of how you layer your strokes with these markers.
Sakura pigma markers - i use these mostly to outline images such as characters or objects on the sneaker
Copic markers - i didn't use these on THIS particular sneaker too, but i use these when i want a hard to find color in the other markers or to have a color that is different looking from the rest of the colors on the sneaker. Also, i can get a wash color, marble like look if i use them on non-stripped leather sneakers
whatever you use, make sure it's water proof, and don't go heavy on the paint; you don't want the sneaker getting "cracky" or "crumbly"

no special place
just buy shoes that can be worked with; vans, chucks, nike dunks(those are a bit harder to work with though)
canvas shoes are the easiest to work with

Oh HELL Yeaaa~!!!
i luv bomberman 64~! the battle mode in Bomberman 64 part 2 was better in my opinion though (Key Hunt mode, Save the King, etc). both were great games~!
also, Super Bomberman 2 was an instant classic for me, they should update it and bring it back out for 360 or something

yeah there's so many games they should do that 2 XD (the card/jester boss on bomberman is still my all time fav boss) like it'd be so cool if they'd remake the legend of zelda ocarina of time and that chamillion game and pretty much ever other 64 game XP
