My new style doesn't seem to really work here. ;3;.. But I tried. x3 I wanted to make something in Honor of my favorite anime of all time coming back~
The background is purposely a bit colored. I used things that reminded me of Sailor Moon herself. x3
This is her first transformation. =3
I may or may not make Usagi in her other outfits, but I might continue doing the other scouts
I think I may of added too many shinies. Is the shiny on her arms ok, or too much ? D: ~Sakura
Time Taken: 8-12hours
What I Used: Sai, Paint shop Pro, Tablet

I was actually intending on adding the other sailor scouts to the background, however since I was thinking of doing them fullbody in the future I thought I'd wait. x3
But now I feel I probably should of since this is more for Sailor Moon coming back, meaning alll the scouts. >_<

my older sister showed me sailor moon when i was 7. she's 17 now and still loves it.
i've only watched 2 episodes but i really love it
so hopefully i can download/watch them on youtube because on ebay the vcr's/dvds are veryyy expensive

I've never seen Sailor Moon except maybe once when I was a kid, though I'd like to sometime... when I have internet, maybe?

ANDTY.I worked hard on them LOL. I just used an original sailor moon skirt reference and did what they did, which I don't see many artist doing.
