Zelda fans rejoice!First Zelda comic I've ever posted-- which is wierd, considering ALL the ideas I have. I better hop to it before all the good ideas are taken. (Too late! Argh!)
Oh 1989 Zelda cartoon; you have made me vomit on multiple occasions, but I thank you for the inspiration.

I absolutely hated the cartoon, but I think you captured just how annoying they made him seem in it.

Great work, but with all honesty, the cartoon is just one word... horrible. When I first saw it, I wasn't into Zelda, in fact, I didn't even know the games existed. I hated the cartoon. Years later I played Ocarina of Time and loved it, it wasn't years later till I played the earlier console games and enjoyed them. I forgot about the cartoon and when I rediscovered it, I hated it even more because it was nothing like the games I fell in love with.

Wow wow, you saw the show first? That's crazy-- I was too young for the show (I think I was born the year it premiered) so I played the games first. In a fit of childlike enthusiasm I found the cartoons and watched them with my brother, only to be horrified by how terrible they were. But they were so terrible, that it only became a hilarious inside joke. xD

It's like the game! Minus playing it and everything that made it good... in other words, nothing like the game at all. I so hope for a new Zelda cartoon. Even Pokemon is more faithful to its source material and has FAR better writing and character development.

Agreed! Pokemon was a throw-away game at first anyway! The developers didn't iron out all the glitches in Red and Blue because they didn't think it would be that popular. xD Much to everyone's surprise, it was a hit!
