Description
This was a 15 second exposure of the view outside my dorm, taken in the rain. This is actually how it turned out (I didn't even use any star filters), and the only photoshop work I did was to alter curves to create the sepia effect and add more contrast (originally everything was a bright yellow/orange). The streaks of white across the road are all the cars that were passing by.

I did this as part of a multimedia project involving animation through still bitmaps. This was my favorite picture of the bunch, but I didn't actually get a chance to use it in the project.
