Okay tips for improvement:
You have a good grasp of the female anatomy but you seem to have trouble proportioning it right. Learn to do multiple sketches before quickly going into a painting. Proportion is everything.
Colouring is another thing you should work on. Youve got a good eye for colour choice but it looks to me that shading is a bit weak here. Shade at the areas of the face where there is hair above it to simulate 3d here it look like the hair was pasted on.
Lastly conceptualization is a key point to making your character more belivable. I dont know what that thing on here head is supposed to be and im betting that not alot of people do.
