Quick bio I threw together for an event happening in my friend group.
This OC's still a work-in-progress, so everything here is subject to change.

TITLE: The hammer-swinging tomboy who wants to kick everyone’s ass.
NAME: Gertrude "Gertie" McNerdy
AGE: 19
OCCUPATION: Bodyguard, pest exterminator for hire???
(not sure on my OCs occupations yet, will update this later. xD)

PERSONALITY:
Tough, hotheaded, competitive, tomboyish.
Determined, brave, adventurous, loud, independent.
Childish, mischievous, enjoys games and pranks.

WEAPON: Giant hammer
(will come up with a name for this baby later!)

LIKES: Battles, training, eating a lot, arcade games, shonen manga.
DISLIKES: Being underestimated, puzzles, wearing "girly clothes", cowardly or perverted men, tea (and bitter food in general).

DESCRIPTION:
A girl who lives to fight. Her dream is to kick everyone's ass, at least once.
Gertie travels the world, constantly training herself and searching for new opponents.
She joins the road trip to participate in a big fighting tournament somewhere.

FAMILY:
- Middle child of the McNerdy siblings; she is the only girl (which doesn't rly bother her.)
- Lacking a parental figure, Gertie tends to emulate a lot of Rusty's mannerisms, whether she realizes it or not. She often argues with her older brother, considers him a rival, and dislikes when he "hogs the spotlight." Ultimately she does have respect for him, but she'd rather die than ever admit that.
- Gertie tries to be a good big sister to Max , but struggles with this due to her immaturity and lack of knowledge on things other than fighting. She comes across as more like Max's friend, playing games together and teaming up to play the occasional prank on Rusty.

STRENGTHS:
- Stubborn and highly determined, doesn't know when to give up.
- Fiercely loyal and protective of her friends and loved ones (sometimes overprotective).
- Out of the three, she has the most clear goals, and the strongest resolve to pursue them.
- Will do recklessly do good deeds if it means playing the part of "the hero" and getting the attention and recognition it brings.

FLAWS/WEAKNESSES:
- Can come across as ill-mannered or rude. Dislikes following proper social etiquette.
- Bad at intellectual skills or tasks that require a lot of thinking. Impatient and gets frustrated easily.
- Too often tries to solve problems through violence or sheer force.
- Doesn't trust new people easily; sometimes possessive over her friends and family.
- Never ladylike, she refuses activities or clothing she deems as "too girly." This sometimes causes her to be closed-minded or miss opportunities to learn new things.
- Sometimes has insecurities about her abilities or strength. Gets jealous when others are receiving more attention or recognition.

RANDOM TRIVIA:
- Likes to greet people (strangers or friends) by challenging them to a fight.
- Wants to appear intimidating to others; though most just see a normal (or cute) girl; much to her frustration.
- Is rather oblivious when it comes to romance; Doesn't really care about relationships or finding a boyfriend.
- Despite her love of food, she is a terrible cook.
