So here's something I actually started to draw back in 2014, but never actually finished it until last night after I decided to take some perseverance to finish it.

Basically this is a crossover picture of Bendy from "Foster's Home" and Lazlo working at the Dieselworks from "Thomas and Friends". You can say it's their current jobs after their shows were cancelled. XD

What's the joke here? Well, if you grew up watching the Japanese dub of "Thomas", you'll noticed that after the eighth season, the cast was replaced with another team when the show switched stations. Some of the new members actually worked on some of the mid-late 2000s shows from Cartoon Network when they were imported to Japan. Some of the cast were Ryuzou Ishino and Kunihiro Kawamoto. When they worked on Thomas, the first roles they voiced were Salty (I already explained in another picture featuring Bendy) and Rocky. However, they got more roles once the series progressed, one of them being Den and Dart, the pair of diesels who work at the Dieselworks. And it makes sense as Thomas reran on Cartoon Network Japan a few times. Here's some clips to prove evidence.

Okay, so you're wondering why I never finished it? Well, there's a lot of reasons, but I'll condense it down for a few things. I was working a lot on both the Thomas wikia and my own wiki Big Idea, and I just lost interest of drawing stuff as I was more into editing and screengrabs for the sites. Even after I was back into drawing late 2016/early 2017, I never had the motivation as I just got back into the Mr. Men fandom. I was also afraid some of you may laugh at this for being "cringe worthy" after being humiliated late last year if you think this is a bad idea. But I didn't want to be like my friend Chickie456 where she created some AU stories and never finished them, and I still had the Bendy half of the picture done. I did thought on redoing it with my tablet, but the picture still looked good and felt it would be wasteful as I said before, I think Bendy still looked decent from what I drew years ago. Plus while it's great to get back into hand drawn stuff, I don't want to lose my touches on using the mouse to draw as well.

The outfits they're wearing are based on what the workers at the Dieselworks wore. I gave Bendy blue as I didn't want the mustard yellow to clash with his fur. I decided to draw the background based on the inside of the place, as I didn't want the orange exterior to clash with Lazlo and make him camouflage in the background. If you're wondering what's in the back, it's Happy Hook from "Thomas".

And before says anything, I never watched that much of Lazlo. I know what the show is, but I only watched a handful of episodes as I lost interest of CN around the time it aired until 2008. I might watch some episodes online when I get the chance.
