Description
I colored a line of the Dalek Emperor from "Doctor Who". This one, I made, however, is mostly based on the one from the game "City of The Daleks" game because this one is blue, just like the Strategist Daleks.I modified the line art of the Emperor a bit so it would look like the one from the game. Plus, made it blue as well.
I'm SO sorry if it looks like crap. I use Paint and it kinda makes it kinda pixey to me.
