Yeah, time for another Dragon Ball piece I thought on drawing, this time is one of the movie villains; Cooler, brother of Frieza.
I drew him in his final form as 1; I was watching his quotes from Fighterz on YouTube and thought he was awesome. And 2; the Big Green/ AB Groupe dub of him being a hammy villain. XD
