Here's another user I wanna talk about that I never had that much interaction, but left a sudden impact to everyone in the Mr. Men fandom.

Drarin1 was a user who originally joined here 10 years ago, but didn't start doing Mr. Men fanart until after the 2008 show happened. Unlike some of the users here, she was rather quiet and did fanart not only on Mr. Men, but in Nintendo based franchises, like Mario and Kirby. Like with Mp3ii and Woof91, I found out about her artwork around summer 2008 when I decided to look at this site before joining a year later.

Like many others, she had some favorite characters like Mr. Bump and Mr. Tickle, and created some characters like Mr. Nightmare, Miss Melody, Miss DreamWeaver and Mr. DreamCatcher.

So what happened to her? Well, this is what left a big impact to everyone involved with either her and anyone who was part of the fandoms she was in. Some time before 2011, she was depressed that her artwork wasn't good, but still managed to keep going. Then around summer 2011 was when I got a note from Bowser81889 about her.

This is not something that is easy for me to say, but it is with my deepest regret and own sadness to inform you that Drarin has passed away. Drarin passed away approximately in mid-to-late May, only for her closest friends of finding out so today. On May 15th one of her closest friends who received the information of her passing (who shall not be named under any circumstances due to privacy concerns) was told of a rib injury Drarin suffered from an unknown cause, told to them by Drarin herself, and may have passed on the very same day. Her parents found her collapsed at the computer, rushed her to the hospital, and then unfortunately succumbed sometime later. Drarin did not tell anyone else of her rib injury beforehand because she wanted to keep it a secret, but unfortunately, this is all the truth. If any of you sent Drarin notes after that time and they were marked as being read but never responded back to, most likely it was one of her relatives reading it.

Drarin was a wonderful friend to me and to those she knew best. She had a heart of gold and a pure mind, and always put herself before others. She wanted to be happy and to find peace, and wanted others to be happy as well. Let us not ever forget the great person that she was and let us carry on her memory in our own lives. Her life was unfairly cut too short, she had plenty of promise and potential, but she shined as brightly as she could and made an everlasting impact on each of us.

Again, this is a note being sent out to everyone who was watching Drarin1 to let you know of what has happened to her. Please do not ask me for further details or to explain anything else, for this is all I can offer you and all that I have learned of. Considering there are over 100 of you, it would be overwhelming for me to respond to all the replies. It is a sad and tragic event that has befallen us, so each of us needs time to grieve in our own way. It would be unfair if I did not let each of you know of what has happened. If you wish to leave any condolences of any sort, perhaps it might be best to do so on Drarin's page in the comments section.

That was shocked me and everyone else who knew the user. The sad thing is that I asked about an art trade around 2010 with her and agreed, but never responded back. I really wish she could've talked to me prior to the incident, as I would've helped cheer her up. The worse thing is that this is similar to what happened JewWario years later, where nobody in the internet can stay alive. It just feels depressing to hear what happened.

The thing I don't get is the user's gender. Sorry if I broke the mood, but there's been conflicting information the user has been telling. She originally created a Little Miss sona, but then later created another sona who is a boy. Unless the boy character is just another OC, which is it?

Regardless, we can't forget that she's a great artist!

I redrew her sona Miss Drarin and display some of her artwork. I know it sounds disrespecting, but I just wanna show what this user did. And unlike the last two users, her account's still on the site!
