Description Here's a new design I did and it's Mr. Forgetful.

He looks the same, except his hat floats and it has a red stripe. He also has a lighter shade of blue as well.

If he ever was in the show, I imagine him to sound like Winne the Pooh. Why? Well, they often forget at times.
