Description
So here's another picture I wanted to do for a while, which is the character O' Toole from the Scuddle Mutt shorts and the 1994 Christmas special "Jolly Old St. Nicholas". I'm not sure how he was in the shorts, but in the special, O' Toole was trying to cause trouble for the talent show as he wants the other contestants to flop. I remember him the most as like I said before, I accidentally recorded half of the special in 1999 and always remember what the character look like and what he was doing in the show. He also made a small cameo in the First Easter Egg tape I used to own.
