This was a character I decided to draw after having some trouble what to draw.
Anyway, I used to watch the 2012 version of Littlest Pet Shop a couple of years back when I was into My Little Pony at the time. I thought it was a fun and cute show, but I fell out of it by the time I was drawn out by the pony crowd afterwards as I felt like it wasn't my passion.
Regardless, I wanted to draw out Penny Ling from the series as I think she's cute! X3
