Description
This was a Dragon Ball character I decided to draw out (I'm kinda to lost interest in the series for now, but I'll do some random characters in and out just o get my creativity rolling).
Quitela is one of the Gods of Destruction, in this case he's from Universe 4. Wanted to draw him out just to get some more animal characters done with that I haven't tackled with.
