Wanted to draw more humans from "Thomas and Friends", and thought on Mr. Bubbles as I like his recent roles in the show after they brought him back, mainly that he's more of the slapstick mime-like character. Reminds me of how Mr. Funny is treated in the Mr. Men Show, though Mr. Bubbles speaks while Mr. Funny just honks.
I thought on adding bubbles here as the name implies, Mr. Bubbles is known for blowing bubbles thanks to his special bubble liquid. This was something I wanted to try out. All I had to do was to tone down the opacity to make it transparent.
BTW, the Mr. Grumpy cameo is based on what happened to him in the episode "Bath and Bubbles".
