Description
Here's a Thomas character I decided to draw.Rusty is the only diesel engine on the Skarloey railway. He originally came to the railway after Skarloey and Rheneas were away. His main job is track maintenance, making sure all the tracks are running smoothly.
He is a trusty and calm friend. He is also made fun of by Duncan, but by the end of the day, they're good friends.
In the show, he is voiced by Matt Wilkinson in the UK/US, and by Hideo Ishikawa and Tokuyoshi Kawashima in the Japanese.
I did two of his faces since his face was resize before.

Actually, Rusty is NOT the only diesel on the Skarloey Railway: in the Railway Series, there's also Fred.
