Yeah, this was something I wanted to do for a while.
If you don't get the joke, many of the various former and current Thomas VAs from Japan also did character voices for Anpanman, another popular series in that country.
Anyway, SL-Man's VA is Tomohiro Nishimura, who voices Fearless Freddie from Thomas.
