So here's a picture I thought on drawing after listening to the Railway Series audiobooks from the 1980s.

So most of you might've not known at first that Thomas and Friends was originally a series of books called "The Railway Series", myself included. I was unaware of them until 1999 when my family bought a huge book of the first 26 books, and was mostly drawn by the pictures. Some of the characters appeared in the show, while others didn't. One of the characters that never appeared in the show was Neil, who was part of the Sodor and Mainland company before it became part of the NWR. Skarloey met him when he first arrived on the Island of Sodor.

I was gonna originally leave it colored, but I wanna experiment on Photoshop to make it look like a vintage photograph.
