Here's another picture I did for SavDraws ' palette challenge. I was going to draw someone else, but decided to hold that character off for another time, and thought this character fits today's challenge.I'm a neutral fan of Philip from "Thomas and Friends". Not the best character, but I don't dislike him either. But his design is really simple to draw and figured to do more practice on perspective.
