Description Thanks to for making the mesh originally and thanks to everyone else for the help and support. Model has 68 bones. multiple flexes. This works quite well in SFM and is a ragdoll as well for Gmod. But! You need to have the joint tool for the eyebrows. Report issues if there is any. I most likely will have updates for this model to touch it up since this is the FIRST TIME I've done something this difficult before. I normally stay away from organic modeling. There are some bugs for the flexes and I'm looking for a fix *might be a Source engine issue*. Thanks to for making this image and the others for testing the model quickly for me. Update: Added finger posing *thanks to BeardedDoomguy for that*, fixed a small texture issue, tuned some of the vert weights so fingers bend better. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… this link here for people too lazy to drag and drop the files. if for not in sfm it won't work. you'd need to decompile it. it gives the model but it has triangles and such. it's not good for 3d stuff like blender haha. >>; I'd check out aeridic's version. Any clue how to change the eye texture so the eyes can be a different color across two models? Basically I'm trying to create a scene with Discord and another character with different eye textures from the original.

uhh. so two discords but one has a different eye color? you'd need to... mh SFM right? If sfm there should be a way to override it within sfm and point the eye texture to another file.

That was my first execution. But discords model has an odd procedure with the eye textures. When I set an override it does nothing. Changing the .vtf and the .vmf files work but that means that the two models share only one eye color.

you should be able to change it but you have to change the eyeball and pupil too. I'm not sure.

I've found the work-around. So in looking for a way to stop models from clipping into the camera at a certain distance I found a thread that said add a String to the eye and label it $iris. this worked it. Add Attribute -> String -> $iris.

The issue is too vague though. like if you search their name it's not there? redownload and make sure you got the name right. also make sure the file pathing is right. try downloading it from the sfm work shop. may work there?

It's a precise tool for GMod. It allows SFM like controls and allows control over bones you normally can't move.
