I wanted to turn this into a base for quite sometime due to the fact I'm planning to make a short base comic featuring one of my main OCs, but before I do that, I want to share this with others. So...if you like to use this base, follow these rules:-This base is free to use (MS Paint Friendly).
-Click the Download Image tab instead of Right-Clicking on the image itself, unless YOU WANT it to be JPEGish.
-Link back. I love to see what you did.
-The Curve tool is your best friend, so I suggest you use the Curve tool (unless your REALLY GOOD with the Pencil tool because I'll no longer accept sloppy mane works and will ask you to do it again).
-Adoptables are fine with me as long as its only to make free OCs or for points and not money.
-Frankendolling is allowed, BUT you must get the other artist's permission before doing so.
-Most importantly...have fun!
