My 366 project is encouraging me to be very healthy. I'm starting to get quite into food photography and this is one of the yummiest meals I've had for a while.

I sprinkled dried parsly and chilli flaskes on top of the salmon. Then drizzled lemon juice on top. I then grilled it for about 10 mins turning it occationally.

I love poached eggs and a new trick I learnt from my Jamie Oliver books is to wrap the egg in cling film to cook it. I placed the wapped eggs into a pan of boiling water with the asparagus.
