Well, got that outta my system X'DDD I'm sorry, I can't help it!!! They're too cute and precise with their runs(you can tell Frisk belongs to Neutral by the face they're giving throughout the entire game. X9) and they're outfits are made by the one and only goat-mom.Meet the PRR(Pow-Route Ranger) Anomalies of the Timeline who are the only ones who can reset life in the Underground. They will face many situations and solve them through means of their own accord! or Run. Asriel being the Pacifist which is all for a good cause. Frisk being the Neutral, will face the problem with whichever he deems the best choice. and Finally, Chara being the Genocide, believing that everything can be solved through violence. Join them on their epic misadventures around the Underground in searching and solving problems before Dinner Time!...........LOL

It's a power ranger parody. Instead of doing go, go power ranger the artist did go, go pow-route rangers to signify the many playable features the game had to offer like genocide, neutral, and pacifist runs

Oh. Well, Chara is most notably recognised to be "evil" and the cause of "possessing" Frisk when the player does the genocide route. And since most people see Chara as the murderous killer child, maybe the artist wanted to have Chara be the symbolism of the genocide route. I get what you mean and yes Chara does appear in all the routes, but most people would actually see Chara at the very end of the genocide route in a physical form.
